The Great Whore

"The Great Whore sitting on many waters."

Revelation 17:1 ...'Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters.

Now what does that mean…

Verse 17:15 And he saith unto me, The WATERS which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

So the waters represent the people and nations around the world. And if you sit upon something, then you are being supported by that object. So this is a church (whore) and nation (beast) that has WORLDWIDE support from all different people and nations.

This is just the 1st of many pieces that are going to point us to none other than The Vatican, the Roman Catholic Church.

The term 'Holy See' comes from the Latin word (Sancta Sedes), meaning “Holy Chair or HOLY SEAT". The Holy See refers to the “seat of government” of this Universal Church. Even the word 'Catholic' means 'Universal'.

The Holy See has jurisdiction over Vatican City. Officially called Vatican City State or State of Vatican City. It is an independent state located within the city of Rome. It is the smallest state in the world.

Yet, did you know that the Roman Catholic Church is the biggest church in the world with over 1.2 BILLION members as of 2010! Having 223,128 parishes/churches all around the world as of 2015! With St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, in Italy being the LARGEST church building in the world!!!

Please don't be upset if you are Catholic, I'm not attacking you, I'm sharing what the 'church' is guilty of doing.
